Tax Bills Coming, Cinnaminson Tells Residents
Normally, property taxes are due on Feb. 1, May 1, Aug. 1 and Nov. 1, the township says on its website.
CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson Township Tax Collector's Office anticipates mailing final tax bills to the appropriate parties within the next few days, according to the township's website.
"The Burlington County Board of Taxation is required to certify taxes before municipalities are permitted to finalize annual tax bills," the township website said.
"Since the Board of Taxation recently certified taxes, the Cinnaminson Township Tax Collector’s Office will mail final tax bills on or about Friday, Aug. 19," the township website continued.

Normally, property taxes are due on Feb. 1, May 1, Aug. 1 and Nov. 1, according to the township website. The third quarter grace period has been extended to Sept. 14, according to the township website.
Earlier this year, the township approved its 2022-23 budget, which contained a "municipal component of the local property tax bill" that was the same as the previous year, 61.6 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, the township said at the time of the budget's approval.

"This means that for the 2022 average residence assessment of $235,000, the 2022 municipal tax is $1,447," the township also said at the time of the budget's approval.
