One day after charges were announced in the fatal shooting, authorities announced that a 15-year-old has been arrested in the murder.

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of another 15-year-old in broad daylight last week, authorities announced Wednesday morning.

Wednesday’s announcement didn’t identify the teen who was arrested, but the charges of first-degree murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose remained the same.
