Trenton Diocese To Stream Easter Services Online

The bishop will perform all services without a live congregation, but services will be livestreamed on the diocese website.

The Diocese of Trenton is adjusting its schedule for Easter to help prevent the spread of new coronavirus and comply with orders prohibiting large gatherings in New Jersey, the diocese announced.

Services for Easter, Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday will all be livestreamed by the diocese on their websites. Palm Sunday will also be livestreamed. The bishop will perform all services without a congregation.

Pastors/parish priests will also be able to hold services in their local parishes, but must inform parishioners of the dates and times of broadcasts. More information can be found in the letter on the diocese website.
