The talented designer, (who was responsible for all three dresses Kim rocked at her last wedding), spoke out about the look Kim will wear when she weds Kanye West — and she couldn’t stop gushing over it!
We honestly cannot wait to see what Kim Kardashian will wear for her chic Parisian wedding, regardless of the fact that this isn’t the first time the 33-year-old reality star is slipping into a wedding dress. For her 2011 wedding to Kris Humphries, Kim enlisted talented designer and close Kardashian family friend Vera Wang to craft all three dresses she wore on her big day — and although Vera wasn’t given the task of designing her upcoming wedding dress, she did weigh in on what we could expect.

“I think it will be a momentous fashion statement,” the designer told UsWeekly when they caught up with her in NYC on May 13.
Speculation continues to grow as we get closer and closer to Kim’s May 24 nuptials — and we definitely got a sneak peek after she suited up in a gorgeous Lanvin dress for her very first cover of Vogue! Despite all the controversy surrounding the Kimye cover, Kim certainly had a fan in Vera. “I loved the cover. I thought it was beautiful,” she said. “I think it was a more minimalist Kim.”

So, does Vera have any advice for Kim as the great countdown continues? “I think that for a bride it’s about how you feel most confident and that’s the most important thing,” the designer said. “I’d like to see Kim wear whatever really, really makes her happy.”
