"All three are doing well now and recovering at a local vet," Roselle Park Police said. "Soon they’ll be given to the Friends of Linden Animal Shelter for adoption."

Police later released photos of a pickup truck believed to be connected to the cats. The truck was recorded on video surveillance on May 1 between 10 and 11 p.m. at the Colfax Manor Condo Complex. The vehicle appears to be a dark-colored four-door Chevy Silverado pickup truck with an extended bed. The driver is described as a White or Hispanic man, Roselle Park Police reported Friday morning.
