Join Rabbi Gil Marks, cookbook author and James Beard award-winning chef, as he demonstrates how to cook a variety of traditional Jewish dishes from around the world. Scrumptious samples will be available for tasting.
Purchase Gil Marks' books, Encyclopedia of Jewish Food and Olive Trees and Honey in advance at the JCC Member Services Desk or at the class. There will be a book signing at the end of the class.
