Sharon Waldman returns to teach a basic yoga program geared towards adults and seniors. A short talk will be given about the different types of yoga; the benefits of yoga for your mind and body; basic yoga vocabulary and Karma Yoga. This will be followed by a practice session and some basic yoga poses.
Please wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat or large towel, and a positive attitude.
