Adults age 18 or older are invited to register for this cooking workshop at Classic Thyme Cooking School in Westfield.

- Pasta with fresh garden tomatoes, oil, garlic and basil
- Fresh cooked cherry tomato sauce
- Gnocci with Basilico sauce
- Spinach ravioli with sage butter and walnut sauce
- Light orange lemon cream sauce with pink peppercorns
- Spicy pink sauce with green olives, ground pork and pepperoncini
- Sugo all'Amatriciana
Workshop meets at Classic Thyme Cooking School. Off street parking is limited. Please register in advance by calling (908) 789-3670, and arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
