Police Search For Missing Rahway Woman

RAHWAY, NJ — Police are asking the public for help to find a missing Rahway woman who was last seen on Monday, Rahway Police said.
Hermanshia Agerston, 40, of Rahway was last seen by friends on Dec. 30, 2019, after leaving a home on Barnett Street in Rahway, police said.
She was reported missing on New Year's Day by her boyfriend when she did not return home and after trying to reach her numerous times, police said.

Agerston is described as an African American female, about 5-foot-6-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and carrying a floral printed purse.
Anyone with information on Agerston’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Michael Mezey of the Rahway Police Department at 732-827-2119, or the Rahway Police Department TIPS Line at 732-388-1553.
