"This luxury, cost effective, valet service is aimed at patrons looking to enhance their dining and nightlife experience by removing the stress of finding parking," Mayor Ray Giacobbe states. "It is our hope that our visitors as well as our patrons take advantage of this pilot program so we can continue to provide this type of service to our community."

This pilot program is a branch of the newly instituted parking plan that the City of Rahway announced in late October. The new parking enhancements include "pay on the go" meters that were put in place, 29 new multi-bay pay stations located throughout the downtown area and about 150 on-street spaces for metered parking.
