12 Unlocked Vehicles Burglarized In 5 Days In Clark

Clark Police are reminding locals to local their vehicles at night as 12 unlocked cars were entered in the past five days.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police are reminding locals to local their vehicles at night as several unlocked cars were entered on Monday night.

"We had several UNLOCKED vehicles entered into last night. Let's lock it up!" Clark Police posted.

Clark Police Chief Pedro M. Matos reported on Saturday night, Nov. 24 a total of five unlocked cars were entered on Rose Terrace and Durham Drive.

Another seven unlocked cars were entered on Wednesday night on Hillcrest Drive, Armstrong Drive and Roberts Road.

Most recently in Union Township, two men were arrested for burglarizing multiple unlocked vehicles in the township.

One of the men arrested admitted to police "that they chose to come to Union because they know many people don't lock their car doors."
