Shoplifting, Disorderly Conduct, Warrant Arrests Made In Clark

Clark Police arrested seven people last week on a variety of charges including shoplifting, disorderly conduct and outstanding warrants.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police arrested seven people last week on a variety of charges including shoplifting, disorderly conduct and outstanding warrants.

Clark Police Blotter:

On June 20 at 7:54 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Donald Baskerville, 19, of Bayonne and Asa Brewster, 19, of Elizabeth for disorderly conduct. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On June 23 at 9:31 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Ave., police arrested Ann Mallory, 46, of Plainfield on an outstanding warrant from Plainfield in the amount of $500 for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Plainfield Police Department. Police Officer Pedro Oliveira was the arresting officer.

On June 23 at 7:15 p.m.: At 76 Central Ave., police arrested Zhiqiang Lin, 37, of Staten Island, New York for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $187.50, from the ShopRite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.

On June 24 at 5:22 p.m.: At 1255 Raritan Road, police arrested Stacy Sniezek, 58, of Woodbridge for shoplifting from the Whole Foods Supermarket at 1255 Raritan Road. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.

On June 25 at 11:06 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Ave., police arrested Ryan Johnson, 18, of Elizabeth and Daniel Shannon, 19, of Elizabeth for possession of controlled dangerous substance. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On June 26 at 2:47 a.m.: At 196 Westfield Ave., police arrested Jon Thompson, 42, of address unknown on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,000 from Shrewsbury for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Shrewsbury Police Department. Police Officer Brad Dustin was the arresting officer.
