Threat Prompts Shelter-In-Place At Elementary School In Union County
The threat was reported on Friday morning.
CLARK, NJ — An elementary school went into shelter-in-place following a threat on Friday morning in Clark.
At 8:54 a.m., a note was found, which contained an unsubstantiated threat at Valley Road School, at 150 Valley Road in Clark, said Clark Police
At 9:16 a.m., after officers investigated, the shelter-in-place was lifted, and normal operations resumed.

"Please know that the safety of our students is paramount. We are working directly with the school administration while we continue to investigate the incident pursuant to appropriate protocols," said police.
