Whole Foods Market Launches New Menu, Full Bar

CLARK, NJ — Whole Foods Market in Clark launched a new menu in Clark Bar, the store’s full service restaurant and bar.

The menu includes fresh, seasonal American fare, a full bar highlighting local craft beers and an upcoming slate of in-store events and giveaways.

Menu items include on-trend twists on the classics, including wings with savory flavors from around the world and 100 percent grass-fed burgers with various seasonal toppings.

Clark Bar will also boast a number of special-diet friendly options, including vegan, gluten-free and paleo. Soy nuggets can be tossed in any of the wing sauces, and burgers can be ordered with house-made mushroom veggie burgers, plant-based Beyond Meat Beast Burgers or a gluten-free bun.

The new Clark Bar will also host happy hour specials every single day of the week – all beer, wine and cocktails are $2 off from 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends.

The 12 beer taps will feature a rotating selection of craft beers, including local New Jersey favorites like Kane Brewing Company and Carton Brewing Company. Signature cocktails and a curated wine list round out the drink options.

Clark Bar is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Whole Foods Market is located at 1255 Raritan Road in Clark.
