Woman Killed In Early Morning Fire In Union County

RAHWAY, NJ — An early morning fire in Union County has claimed the life of a woman on Wednesday, Rahway Fire Battalion Pat Padabano said.

The fire broke out at around 6:10 a.m. on Washington Street in Rahway and was under control by 6:57 a.m., Padabano said.

There was one confirmed fatality, a woman. Her identity is not available at this time, Padabano said.
