• PUBLIC NOTICE- Borough of Clayton Ord 25-2026 Amend Code Affordable Housing (thenjsentinel.com) — Clayton officials are moving toward final approval of an ordinance that would overhaul the borough's affordable housing rules, including how development fees are collected and spent. Residents can review the full proposal at the clerk's office and speak at the public hearing on October 8 at 6 p.m. at the Clayton Borough Municipal Building.
