• New Jersey contractor family pleads guilty in tax fraud case (wpgtalkradio.com) — A Clementon resident is among several South Jersey customers who say they paid Stephens Contracting for work that was never finished, concerns that helped draw media and federal attention. Now the Elmer-based company’s owner and his son have pleaded guilty in Camden federal court to tax evasion and related fraud charges, and both face prison time and full repayment of what they owe the IRS.
