• Clementon Park Auction Starts at $1.5 Million; August Taxes Remain Unpaid (42freeway.com) — Clementon Park & Splash World, now permanently closed, is heading to auction October 19–21 with a starting bid of $1.5 million, leaving its future in Clementon uncertain. The park currently owes about $70,000 in unpaid property taxes plus an older state dam-restoration loan, and potential buyers are being pitched both continued amusement operations and possible redevelopment options.
   

• Rec House Dispensary Clementon Heads to Planning. Second for October Meeting (42freeway.com) — A new family-owned cannabis dispensary, Rec House, is proposed for 168 White Horse Pike in Clementon, with its application expected at the borough’s Joint Land Use Board meeting on October 8. If approved, it would occupy a small unit across from the new Ollie’s and join another nearby dispensary proposal on the same agenda, potentially reshaping local retail options along the Pike.
