Patch Forecast: Seasonable Week Ahead
The week will start off warm and windy, but then we'll return to seasonable temperatures. More details can be found in this week's PatchCast for December 10-16.

After today, this week will turn out pretty seasonable. The only significant weather to worry about will be showers and even a few rumbles of thunder today into tonight.
Today, December 10, will feature plenty of clouds, but with a warm southerly wind, our high temperature will top out between 65 and 70 degrees! There will be showers and thunderstorms around, increasing in coverage by late this afternoon and this evening, so it would be wise to take the umbrella with you today. I don't think we'll touch the record high of 71 degrees, set back in 1966.
A cold front will move through tonight, yielding a cooler day for Tuesday, December 11. There may be some clouds around in the morning, but they will quickly give way to sunshine. The high will be around 50.

High pressure will start to move away by Friday, December 14, but our weather will remain dry. The high temperature will be around 50.
The weekend will have a nice start with a mix of sun and clouds and a high around 50 on Saturday, December 15. A warm front will be moving through the area by Sunday, December 16. Consequently, temperatures may end up between 55 and 60 degrees, but there will likely be showers on and off. Don't cancel any Sunday plans just yet as things could change.
