2 Flung From Car In Crash On South Jersey Highway: Police
The Burlington County residents were heading north on I-295 early Monday when the driver lost control of the vehicle, police said.
MT. LAUREL, NJ — Two were flung from a vehicle in an early morning crash on I-295, New Jersey State Police said.
The vehicle, driven by a 27-year-old Westampton man, was heading north on the highway at about 12:32 a.m. Monday, DSG Caitlin Brennan told Patch.
The man lost control of the vehicle near milepost 35.8, which struck the left guardrail and overturned, Brennan said.

The driver and his front seat passenger, a 27-year-old woman also from Westampton, were ejected from the vehicle, Brennan said.
Both were hospitalized with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
