Collingswood Man Sentenced For Child Sex Assault: Police
Jason Wagner was previously convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy following a 3-week trial.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A Collingswood man has been sentenced to 32 years in New Jersey State Prison for sexually assaulting a minor, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office announced. Jason Wagner, 46, will be required to serve at least 20 years of his sentence before he is eligible for parole. He is also subject to the full penalties of Megan’s Law and parole supervision for life.
Wagner was previously convicted first-degree aggravated sexual assault after a three-week trial. He was also convicted of second-degree sexual assault, second-degree attempted aggravated sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree attempted sexual assault, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact.
During the trial, Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor Grace MacAulay presented evidence and testimony that convinced a jury that Wagner sexually assaulted a 13-year-old boy multiple times between September of 2008 and June of 2009, authorities said.

His bail was revoked, and he will remain in Camden County Jail pending his transfer to New Jersey State Prison.
