Collingswood Police Promote Detective to Sgt., Swear in New Officers

The Collingswood Police Department promoted Det. Frank Lee to captain and swore in three full-time officers this week, njpen.com reports.

Lee, who has been with the department for more than 15 years, is now the second highest ranking officer in the department, according to the report.

The moves follow the appointment of Kevin Carey to acting police chief following the retirement of Richard Sarlo.
