Pediatric Office Moving to Larger Home on White Horse Pike

A plot of land on the White Horse Pike has been sold to South Jersey Pediatrics for $50,000.

At Monday night's commission meeting, borough officials approved a $50,000 sale for a plot of land on the White Horse Pike.

According to commissioners, the currently empty lot was the former home of Denby Hall Apartment complex.

Located at 204 White Horse Pike, the land—zoned by the borough at block 144, lot 2.01—has been sold to a pediatric practice for $50,000.

"This (resolution) is approving, and entering into an agreement of sale, for (the said plot of land), at $50,000," said Collingswood Borough Mayor James Maley on Monday evening. "It will now be the relocated home of South Jersey Pediatrics."

By purchasing the land at 204 White Horse Pike, Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics—founded more than 60 years ago, according to its website—will maintain its already-established presence in Collingswood.

The new location will have Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics moving from its current Collingswood location, at 504 White Horse Pike, to the new, larger space at 204 White Horse Pike.

"(The borough) is really happy we could work with (Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics) to keep them in town," said Maley during Monday night's commission meeting.
