Guests will have the opportunity to learn tricks-of-the-trade from Chef Kathy Gold from In the Kitchen of Haddonfield, NJ as she teaches how to prepare these classic French favorites:
Gougeres - French Cheese Puffs
Soupe aux Champignons - Mushroom Soup
Tarte Tatin - Apple Tart with Puff Pastry
Attendees will also receive a recipe booklet so that they can recreate these to-die-for dishes in their own kitchen, compliments of Two Cherubs Antiques. This class will also feature your choice of a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau, or the classic cocktail French 75.
