Man Dies After Walking Into Camden Hospital With Gunshot Wound, 2 Others Injured
The 21-year-old walked into Cooper University Hospital and was later pronounced dead, officials said. Police are searching for a suspect.
CAMDEN, NJ — A 21-year-old man died after walking into the hospital with a gunshot wound and two other people were shot Sunday night in Camden, officials said.
Investigators are piecing together what happened and could not offer Patch more detailed information as of Monday afternoon.
Camden County Police first received a 911 call reporting multiple gunshots in the 1000 block of Diamond Street at 11:22 p.m., according to a news release from Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

Soon after, officials said, police got another 911 call with a report that a man had been shot. Officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1000 block of Kaighns Avenue, and first responders took him to Cooper University Hospital for treatment.
MacAulay and Rodriguez said a man and a woman, who had both been shot, also walked into Cooper University Hospital on Sunday night. The man, 21-year-old Liaquia L. Moore, was pronounced dead at 12:35 a.m.

A spokesperson for the Prosecutor's Office said the two other victims are in stable condition.
