The driver was identified as 41-year-old Marc Morris, of Lawnside.
After displaying further signs of intoxication, police sad Morris was asked to perform a series of psychophysical tests, which he failed to negotiate as instructed.
Morris was then advised he was being placed under arrest, said police.
According to police reports, Morris later refused to provide samples of his breath—samples which are used to determine the amount of alcohol a person consumed.
Morris was also found to have several active warrants for his arrest issued from Camden City, said reports, which held a combined value of $1,363.
According to police, Morris was issued summonses for the following offenses—driving while intoxicated (DWI), refusal to submit to chemical testing, unregistered vehicle, unlicensed operator, driving while a suspended operator, and unsafe operation of a vehicle.
