Police said the car's operator verbally identified himself as Antonio Vega.
Officers reportedly noted the car's passenger was not wearing a seat belt. When asked to provide his name, the passenger reportedly vertbally identified himself to police as Daniel Brown.Â
The driver was able to provide required documentation—a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance—and was issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to use required headlights.Â
Vega was scheduled to appear in Collingswood Municipal Court for this summons at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13.
After Vega's vehicle was released, said police, officers learned the true identity of the car's passenger—who'd falsely identified himself to police as Daniel Brown.
According to reports, police confirmed the passenger's true identity to be Daniel T. Buffaloboy, a 19-year-old Collingswood resident.Â
A warrants check conducted on Buffaloboy, said police, revealed two active warrants for his arrest.Â
Both warrants were issued out of Haddon Township Municipal court, and were reported to hold a total bail of $8,500—with the first set at $1,000 bail, and the second at $7,500 bail.Â
According to police, officers drove to Buffaloboy's residence, arriving at 1:45 p.m.
Buffaloboy was arrested, and transported to Collingswood police headquarters, where police said he was charged with hindering apprehension and remanded to county jail.Â
Police said Buffaloboy is scheduled to appear in Collingswood Municipal Court at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13.Â

Possession of Marijuana—
At 11:50 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, officers patrolling the intersection of Route 130 South and Dwight Avenue conducted a motor vehicle stop.Â
According to police reports, the Dodge Caravan was stopped for being operated on the shoulder of Route 130 Southbound, instead of in a valid, through-traffic lane.Â
Police said the Caravan's driver was identified as 29-year-old Bellmawr man John P. Degrecio.
During the motor vehicle stop, police said Degrecio was found to be in possession of a quantity of vegetation purported by officers to be marijuana.
Police said Degrecio surrendered the vegetation to officers at the scene, was subsequently placed under arrest, and was transported to Collingswood police headquarters.
According to reports, Degrecio was charged with possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana.
Police said Degrecio was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain a driving lane, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in a motor vehicle.
Degrecio was scheduled to appear in Collingswood Municipal Court on all charges at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 6.Â
According to police, Degrecio was released the night of his arrest, pending his court date.Â
