Police Seek Man In Pair Of Collingswood Armed Robberies

A Gulf gas station and a Dunkin Donuts were robbed Monday night and Tuesday morning.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Collingswood Police Department are asking for public’s help to identify a man who may be connected to multiple armed robberies that occurred late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.

At 11:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 3, a man assaulted an attendant at the Gulf Gas Station located at 701 South Crescent Boulevard in Collingswood and robbed him, police said on Tuesday. He then robbed another attendant at knife point before fleeing in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.

About an hour later, at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday morning, the same man robbed the Dunkin Donuts located at 5 East Crescent Boulevard in Collingswood. He pointed a knife at the employee and demanded cash before fleeing in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The man is described as a light skinned male, possibly white, with a tall, skinny build. He was estimated to be between his early 20s to early 30s. During the Dunkin Donuts robbery, he was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and a face mask.

The surveillance photos below from the Gulf Gas Station robbery show the male wearing a white short sleeved t-shirt, a light colored “boonie” style hat and dark pants with something light in color wrapped around his neck and head. Those images are attached to this post.
