Arnold's Pest Control Continues Business as Usual
The company's headquarters caught fire July 4.

A fire that burned through 496 Centennial Avenue on July 4 hasn't stopped Arnold's Pest Control from business as usual.
Brian Denny is the owner of Arnold's Pest Control, a company that used a portion of the building as headquarters. As it's deemed unsafe to use the building, the office manager is running the day-to-day office work out of her private home in Clark, he said.
"It doesn't seem to have affected (business) much," Denny said, adding that his chemicals and trucks remain intact. This equipment is still stored in the parking lot of 496 Centennial Avenue.

Arnold's Pest Control is an independent small business started by Arnold Santoro. In 1996 Santoro passed the business on to Denny, who is his son-in-law.
Arnold's Pest Control resumed operations on July 6, two days after the fire. Denny added that he plans on purchasing another headquarters in Cranford, possibly across the street from the old one.

"I was devastated. I have fire insurance, so it's a matter of getting that settled and then start rebuilding. We're not going anywhere, we're still going to be around," he said.
