Central Jersey Allstars Garwood Offers New Tumbling Classes To Help Youth Stay Active

CENTRAL JERSEY ALLSTARS GARWOOD OFFERS NEW TUMBLING CLASSES TO HELP YOUTH STAY ACTIVE

Central Jersey Allstars is pleased to announce they are offering tumbling classes for youth and teens at their new location at 155A South Avenue in Garwood. Central Jersey Allstars is a nationally renowned Cheerleading and Tumbling Training facility giving back to the community and located in Kenilworth for well over 20 years.

There will be tumbling classes offered Monday-Fridays at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm as well as on Saturdays at 9am, 10am and 11am. Tiny Tumblers can come and enjoy basic fundamentals on Saturdays at 9am. The Beginner Tumbler Class will work on basic skills up to back handspring. The Intermediate Tumbler Class will work on tucks and layouts. Back handspring is required to participate in that class and the Advanced Tumbler Class will work on twisting skills. A layout is required to participate in this class. The Garwood location will also offer a half-year competitive cheer program for ages 6-18 with no overnight travel that runs December thru April.

In addition to building strong athletes, Central Jersey Allstars is committed to giving back to the local communities and instilling core values in all of their athletes. CJA will be collecting Toys for Tots at both Garwood and Kenilworth (124 Market Street) locations now through December 12th and invites the community to feel the rewards of helping others too by donating a toy for someone in need. The community is invited to stop by and drop off Toys for Tots donations.
