Cranford Crossing Guard: Above And Beyond
Gerry Werrell was spotted by the Cranford Police Department clearing a path for students.
CRANFORD, NJ - The Cranford Police Department gave a shout out to School Guard Gerry Werrell for going above and beyond the call of duty Thursday.
A Cranford Police Officer saw Werrell shoveling the corner of West End and Spruce to make ensure it was extra safe for the young pedestrians in his charge.
"Great job!" police posted to their Facebook page.
