Cranford Firefighter Graduates From Union County Academy

Stephanie Bagniewski of the Cranford Fire Department was among 21 to graduate from the Union County Fire Training Academy​.

CRANFORD, NJ — Cranford and Fanwood firefighters were among 21 to graduate from the Union County Fire Training Academy.

Stephanie Bagniewski of the Cranford Fire Department and Matthew Ridge of the Fanwood Fire Department were congratulated by Union County Freeholder Vice Chairman Bette Jane Kowalski and Freeholder Alexander Mirabella during a ceremony at Union County College in Cranford.

They were joined by Deputy Chief Steve Ruhl (Ret.), the Dean of the Union County Fire Training Academy. A total of 21 new firefighters from the Fall 2017/Spring 2018 classes graduated the Union County Fire Training Academy during the ceremony.
