Cranford First Aid Squad Asks For Help With Facility Upgrades
The organization provides free EMS services to Cranford and the surrounding areas.
CRANFORD, NJ — The Cranford First Aid Squad is working to upgrade its location on Centennial Avenue and is asking for the public's help.
The organization is trying to outfit its facility with new furniture and home appliances.
"This building is our home," the group, made up of 100 percent volunteers, said.

The First Aid Squad is a nonprofit that provides free EMS aid to Cranford and the surrounding municipalities. According to the group, operations are funded exclusively from donations.
The building on Centennial Avenue gives these volunteers a place to sleep, recharge, and train before going back out into emergency situations.
