Cranford Local Arrested For DUI In Clark

Clark Police also made arrests for criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief, drug possession and warrants, according to the blotter.

CLARK, NJ — A Cranford woman was arrested for driving under the influence in Clark last week.

On April 29 at 4:40 a.m., in the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Carolina Ochoa, 28, of Cranford for DUI, Clark Police report.

She was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.

On April 26 at 12:50 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Sergio Gonsalves, 44, of Newark on an outstanding warrant from the Essex County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility. Detective Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On April 26 at 9:15 p.m.: At 1210 Cellar Ave., police arrested Alexander Hayhurst, 23, of Nutley for criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Mateusz Pazdan was the investigating officer.

On April 27 at 11:15 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound connector, police arrested Kathleen Aklian, 31, of Clark for possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS). She was subsequently released on her own her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer MichaelHernandez was the arresting officer.

On April 28 at 11:45 p.m.: At 222 Terminal Ave., police arrested Tyree Ware, 26, of Rahway and Dejon
Warren, 29, of Rahway for theft and criminal trespass. Warren was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Ware was transported to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Olmer Olmeda was the arresting officer.

On April 28 at 7:04 p.m.: In the vicinity of Cellar Avenue, police arrested Alexander Hayhurst, 23, of Nutley for criminal trespass. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
Police Officer Anthony Salas was the investigating officer.

On April 29 at 3:18 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Santos Tapia, 50, of Bayonne for possession of CDS. He was subsequently on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the arresting officer.

On April 29 at 2:56 p.m.: In the vicinity of Oak Ridge Road, police arrested Michael Gillyard 53, of Plainfield for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Also arrested was John Delnegro, 47, of Piscataway on an outstanding warrant for theft from Westfield. He was subsequently turned over to the Westfield Police Department. Police Officer Andrew
Medeiros was the arresting officer.

On April 30 at 9:29 a.m.: At the Linden Police Department, police arrested Daniel Pappas, 27, of Elizabeth on two outstanding warrants, totaling $2,500, from Clark for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Mark Detore was the arresting officer.
