Cranford Police To Host Citizens Police Academy
Academy students will learn about computer crimes, narcotic enforcement, traffic stops, and juvenile laws.

CRANFORD, NJ — The Cranford Police Department will be holding the 7th session of the Citizens Police Academy in March.
The Citizens Academy is part of the ongoing effort for the Cranford Police Department and the community to work together and develop a lasting relationship.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and either live in or work in Cranford. Academy students will receive classroom lectures and hands on demonstrations in many areas of interest, including computer crimes, narcotic enforcement, traffic stops, and juvenile laws.

Classes are two hours long and have been tentatively scheduled to meet Wednesday evenings beginning on March 15 and ending in mid June.
To download an application visit the Cranford Police Department website at http://www.cranford.com/police... and look under the forms tab. Applications must be received by March 10. Instructions on how to submit the applications are on the application.
