Cranford Salon Offers 'Special Needs Tuesday'
Styles Street Salon offers a safe, supportive place for those who have difficulty to get a haircut.

CRANFORD, NJ - The first Tuesday of every month Styles Street Salon is offering to take extra time and care for those who may have difficulty getting a haircut as part of "Special Needs Tuesday."
According to owner Lauren Curley, she knows that getting a haircut can be very traumatizing.
"I've seen first hand what can work and what can not work so I am opening up my salon the first Tuesday of every month as a special needs Tuesday," Curley said.

That is why Curley started the program, which takes place the first Tuesday of every month.
"So we invite our special needs friends and their loved ones and caregivers can come in and our special needs friends can get their haircuts in a safe, loving, patient environment and make it as stress free for everyone as possible," Curley said. "And also get a quality haircut."
