Cranford Says 'Thank You To The Bully' Wednesday
Parents are invited to learn how to handle conflict and overcome obstacles.

CRANFORD, NJ - A program designed to help parents find strength and power when dealing with a bully is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Cranford High School Library Wednesday.
"Thank You To The Bully" is a presentation that shows how to handle conflict with others and how to overcome obstacles in life as they’re the foundation for the building of a person’s character, organizers said. Find gratitude for the bully, for that bully is offering us an opportunity to find strength and power within ourselves and affords us the ability to build resilience within to deal with what the future may throw at us.
This is a parent presentation for grades 6-12 sponsored by the Cranford Public Schools Parent Academy, in partnership with the Cranford PTC.

After witnessing the effects the pressures and demands of this industry had on the well-being of the young people he was working with, he decided to switch gears and turn his focus toward the study of mental health.
After receiving a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, he began working for one of New Jersey’s largest Partial hospitalization facilities in their adolescent and young adult programs. Mopper has visited over 60 schools in New Jersey and conducted trainings for school counselors.
