Cranford Woman Arrested For Marijuana Possession
A Cranford local was arrested for marijuana possession in the Colorado Cafe's parking lot in Watchung, police reported.

WATCHUNG, NJ — A Cranford local was arrested for marijuana possession in Watchung, police reported.
On Dec. 13 at 1:23 p.m, Sarah Newman, 48, of Cranford was arrested for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the Colorado Cafe parking lot, Watchung police reported.
She was transported to headquarters, processed and released on summonses.

On Dec. 12: Stop and Shop on Route 22 West reported a shoplifter who fled from the store with merchandise on Dec. 3. The shoplifter was described as a 5'10" black male in his 50s wearing a green jacket and blue jeans approximately 190 pounds who fled with $181 worth of energy drinks.

On Dec. 15 at 3:51 p.m.: Edwin Bonilla, 20, of Plainfield was arrested for Shoplifting a pair of Nike sneakers and a pair of socks worth $81. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released on a summonses.
On Dec. 17 at 9:22 p.m.: Stacy Brown, 52, of Somerville was arrested for Shoplifting $477.61 worth of Redbull. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released on a summonses.
On Dec. 16 at 12:43 p.m.: Sharelle King, 21, of Piscataway was arrested for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams following a traffic stop on Route 22 East. She was transported to headquarters, processed and released on a summonses.
On Dec. 18 at 1:50 p.m.: Curtis Conover, 44, of North Plainfield was arrested on an outstanding Union County NCIC warrant for $23,777 following a traffic stop. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released to Union County Sheriff's Department on the warrant.
On Dec. 13 at 10:14 p.m.: Amos Ballah, 22, of Plainfield was arrested for having an active warrant out of Green Brook Municipal Court for $500 following a traffic stop. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting full bail and issued a summons for tinted windows.
On Dec. 14 at 9:44 p.m.: Tanisha Fuller, 40, of Brick was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Watchung Municipal Court for $500 by New Brunswick Police. She was transported to Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail.
On Dec. 12 at 4:59 p.m.: Andrew Ead, 53, of Watchung was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and Delaying Traffic following a crash on Spencer Lane. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a court date.
On Dec. 14 at 2:55 p.m.: Mark Darouichi, 59, of Mountainside was arrested Shoplifting electrical items and drill bits worth $523.56 from Home Depot on Route 22 West. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released on a summonses.
On Dec. 14 at 12:42 a.m.: Levaughn Allen, 28, of Plainfield was arrested Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, Possession of Prescription Pills without a valid prescription and Paraphernalia and Drug Possession in a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop on Route 22 West. Allen also had active warrants out of South Brunswick for $1,500 and $1,000, Plainfield Municipal Court for $225, Cranford Municipal Court for $500, Watchung Municipal Court for $500 and Westfield Municipal Court for $87. He was transported to headquarters, processed and sent to Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail.
On Dec. 13 at 1:58 p.m.: Jasmiyl Exum, 38, of Orange was arrested for Shoplifting $539.95 worth of clothing and toys from Marshalls. Bail was set at $300 with a 10 percent option and he was released after posting bail.
On Dec. 13 at 1:23 p.m.: Ulissess Brito, 45, of Stewartsville was arrested in the parking lot of the Colorado Cafe for having active warrants out of Elizabeth for $565 and four warrants out of Newark totaling $308. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting bail.
On Dec. 14 at 3:17 p.m.: Maria Lopes, 60, of Warren was arrested for Shoplifting two rings worth $139.98 from Sears on Route 22 East, police reported.
She was transported to headquarters, processed and released on summonses.
On Dec. 12 at 1:13 p.m.: Gavin Callum, 34, of Plainfield was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Plainfield for $650. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released to family members after posting bail.
