Drunk Driver Arrested On Holly Street: Cranford Police

Oswaldo Pucha was stopped for delaying traffic, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 37-year-old Roselle man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on May 11, according to the Cranford Police Department.

According to authorities, Sgt. Russell Luedecker stopped a 2013 Ford on Springfield Avenue and Holly Street for delaying traffic. Following an investigation on scene, Luedecker arrested the driver, Oswaldo Pucha, for driving while intoxicated, police said.

He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for refusal to the taking of breath samples, delaying traffic and obstructing the passage of other vehicles, police said.
