Drunk Driver Had Suspended License: Cranford Cops
David Neyra was arrested after a traffic stop, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 35-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on Dec. 14, according to the Cranford Police Department.
Patrolman Robert Chamra stopped a 2009 Mercedes Benz on North Avenue East and Elizabeth Avenue for failure to maintain lane, police said. Following an investigation at the scene, Chamra arrested the driver, David Neyra, for driving while intoxicated, police said. Chamra was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date.
In addition, Chamra was issued motor vehicle summonses for careless driving, speeding, suspended driving, failure to maintain his lane and failure to keep right, police said.
