Drunk Driver Stopped On North Avenue East: Cranford Police
Brian Warren was stopped for driving erratically, police said.
CRANFORD, NJ - A 42-year-old Plainfield man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on April 13, according to the Cranford Police Department.
According to authorities, patrolman Shayne Temple stopped a 2000 Chevy on North Avenue East and Elizabeth Avenue for erratic driving.
Following an investigation on scene, Temple arrested the driver, Brian Warren, for driving while intoxicated, police said.

He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date.
In addition, Warren was issued a motor vehicle summons for refusal to consent to the taking of breath samples, careless driving, speeding and failure to keep right, police said.
