Drunk Driver Was Uninsured: Cranford Police

Sean Wade was charged with unsafe lane change and careless driving, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 27-year old Hillside man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 26, according to the Cranford Police Department.

According to authorities, Patrolman Robert Charma stopped 2011 Ford on South Avenue West and Washington Place for erratic driving. Following an investigation on scene, Chamra arrested the driver, Sean Wade, for driving while intoxicated, police said.

Wade was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for an unsafe lane change, careless driving, failure to keep right and no insurance, police said.
