Erratic Driving Leads To Drug Arrest: Cranford Police
Laroy Irving was arrested after a motor vehicle stop, police said.
CRANFORD, NJ - A 45-year-old Linden man was charged with possession of under 50g marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on March 31, according to the Cranford Police Department.
According to authorities, Patrolman John Rattigan stopped a 2005 Toyota on Centennial Avenue and Cayuga Road for erratic driving.
Following an investigation on scene, Rattigan arrested the driver, Laroy Irving, for suspected
marijuana found inside his vehicle, police said.

He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for careless driving, an inspection violation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, police said.
