Erratic Driving Leads To Possession Arrest: Cranford Police
Jose Castellanos-Gonzales was a passenger in a traffic stop, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 23-year-old Dover man was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Dec. 10, Cranford Police said.
A 1999 Ford was stopped on the Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange for erratic driving by Patrolman James Knight, police said.
Following an investigation at the scene, Knight arrested a passenger, Jose Castellanos-Gonzales, for drug paraphernalia found in his possession, police said.

He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date.
