The Amateur Astronomers, Inc. will be holding their monthly membership meeting beginning at 8:00pm. This event will take place in the Roy Smith Theater in the Nomehegan Building, Union County College, 1033 Springfield Avenue, Cranford. Following the meeting, Mr. Jim Burnell will present the lecture "From Tri X to Zeros and Ones". At the completion of Mr. Burnell's presentation, please join us at the William Miller Sperry Observatory for refreshments and with weather permitting, to look through the largest telescopes in the area. Sperry Observatory is open to the public every Friday evening between 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. for an informal talk and observing. For more information, please call 908-276-STAR or visit asterism.org.
