ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION EXERCISE PROGRAM

SAGE Eldercare presents a program to help arthritis sufferers reduce pain and stiffness, while maintaining or improving mobility, muscle strength and functional ability.  The fee is $8 per session or $32 if you sign up for all 8 weeks.
