The Cranford High School Madrigal Choir will present its final performance of the season on Sunday, June 6th at 4:30pm at St. Michael Church in Cranford. Repertoire will include works by Brahms, Duruflé, and their 2010 commission, "Voices of Earth" by up and coming composer Blake Henson. The thirteen students in the Madrigal Choir represent some of the most outstanding musical talent at Cranford High School. Many of the students in the ensemble have been part of national, regional, and state honors choirs and have received numerous awards and accolades. There is no charge for admission, but a free-will collection will be taken on behalf of Project Home of Cranford. Since 1988, Project Home has assisted local families who are in danger of losing their homes or apartments due to crisis situations, such as job loss or catastrophic illness. The Cranford High School Madrigal Choir is proud to support the work of Project Home in helping the local community. The concert is open to the public and all are invited to attend the CHS Madrigal Choir's final performance of the school year.
