
1. The will host a viewing of the classic film "Flying Down to Rio" at 7 p.m. at the Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Ave. Everyone is welcome to attend.

4. A special featuring Local recording artist Jill Cagney will take place at 7:30 p.m. at The Crossroads, 78 North Ave. in Garwood. Proceeds will help offset the costs of medical treatment for a Cranford child suffering from a brain tumor. Admission for the 7:30 p.m. show will be $10 per person.
5. The Presbyterian Church, 140 Mountain Ave., in Westfield hosts a weekly Searching for Work group in the church's Jim Cole Room on Tuesday mornings from 9am to 11am. The group is for those searching for work and membership is open to everyone in the Westfield community. The group offers support in the searching for work process and allows for networking and the sharing of job search information.
