CRANFORD, NJ — Hartz Mountain's application to rezone the 750 Walnut Ave. property will be heard during Cranford's Planning Board meeting on Wednesday night.
Hartz will present expert witnesses during the meeting that can be questioned by planning board members and public.
Hartz Mountain's proposed plan is to build 900 apartments where the former Bank of America office space is located at 750 Walnut Ave. in Cranford.

The controversial plan has been met with opposition by some residents who have formed Cranford Residents Against Over-development.
The public meeting will begin at 8 p.m. in Room 108 of the Municipal Building, 8 Springfield Ave., Cranford.
