'LAX Kids' Begins in April-Sign up Today!
LAX Kids is Cranford Lacrosse Club's introduction to lacrosse, the fastest growing youth sport in the US. Open to boys and girls K-2nd grade

Lax Kids is a “soft toss” lacrosse program designed to introduce the basics of lacrosse. Organized by the Cranford Lacrosse Club, the program is open to boys and girls in grades K-2 who are interested in learning about this fast growing sport.
Lacrosse—considered to be America’s first sport—is one of the fastest growing organized youth sports in the US, with participation up 158% between 2008 and 2012.
Lax Kids sessions are held on Sunday afternoon (3:30-5pm) at Walnut Ave School starting on April 26. Over the course of the five sessions, children will be introduced to basics skills—scooping up ground balls, cradling and shooting—and will have an opportunity to play mini games for fun.
