Man Charged With Heroin, Syringe Possession: Cranford Police
Keith Seltzer was arrested following a traffic stop on the Garden State Parkway.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 38-year-old Spring Lake Heights man was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Nov. 7, according to the Cranford Police Department.
Patrolman Nicholas Cook stopped a 2009 Suzuki Garden State Parkway near the 136 Exchange that was being driven by Keith Seltzer for obstructing traffic, police said. Following an investigation at the scene, Cook arrested Seltzer for suspected heroin and a hypodermic syringe located on his person, police said.
He was processed and provided with a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for obstructing traffic and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, police said.
